"I had the worst possible experience with Chuck Knuth's State Farm agency. Although I was not quite able to get to the bottom of it, the agency somehow made a mistake and did not fully issue my policy on my new home through underwriting, although they provided proof of insurance documents for closing. Two weeks later I found out that my policy had never been issued – my home had been uninsured the whole time – and that the $1091 payment I made through the title agency had never been received by State Farm. I worked with Chuck and his team for five days to try to rectify this, but at the end they were unable to fix it and verify that I had insurance, so I canceled the policy. If anything had happened to my home during those weeks, I would have lost everything. I do not recommend trusting them with your home policy!"
